Dashin’ Down the Delta is a high-energy, community-driven 5k along Sacramento’s scenic waterfront—designed for everyone. Whether you run, walk, jog, or just show up and take it all in, this event is all about moving in a way that feels right for you.
Hosted by the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce, this isn’t just a race—it’s a full community experience. After the 5K, stick around for a fabulous brunch hosted by Scott’s Seafood on the River, a lively post-run celebration- featuring music, drinks, and plenty of opportunities to connect.
A portion of the proceeds support the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber Foundation, helping provide scholarships and resources for LGBTQ+ students on their path to higher education.

The Delta Dashers Kids Run is a fun and energetic race designed just for our youngest participants. Perfect for kids under 10 years of age, this short-distance run is all about building confidence, staying active, and having a great time.
Whether they run, walk, or skip their way to the finish line, every child is celebrated with cheers, encouragement, and a memorable finish-line moment. It’s the perfect way to introduce kids to the excitement of race day in a supportive, high-energy environment.
